  • Supplied as cores: Cleated stator cores to Ø800 mm with 950 mm core length, or welded stacks, where you need a finished core rather than loose laminations.

02

Agricultural Pumps

Pump motor rotor lamination
  • Pump motor laminations: Stator and rotor laminations for submersible, monoblock and coupled pump motors, a served application since 1987.
  • Size range: From Ø45 mm, stamped from 0.2 mm to 0.65 mm electrical steel.
  • Volume production: High-speed progressive lines running 120 to 400 SPM, part of over 25 million laminations a month.
  • Slot accuracy: Servo-driven notching machines ensure accuracy and consistency in every lamination.

05

Home Appliances

Magcore ceiling fan stator core lamination
  • Home appliance motors: Stator and rotor laminations for ceiling fans, mixer grinders and cooler motors.
  • BLDC motors: Laminations for brushless DC appliance motors, where slot accuracy governs cogging torque and audible noise.
  • Size range: From Ø45 mm in 0.2 mm to 0.65 mm electrical steel, blanked on progressive tools.
  • Built for volume: High-speed lines running 120 to 400 SPM, part of over 25 million laminations a month.

04

Alternators & Generators

Magcore salient pole rotor lamination for an alternator
  • Alternators and generators: Stator and rotor laminations for industrial alternators and wind turbine generators.
  • Salient pole rotors: Rotor laminations blanked to profile with balanced hole patterns for cooling and assembly.
  • Size range: To Ø1300 mm in 0.2 mm to 0.65 mm electrical steel, with segmental assembly to Ø2000 mm for the largest machines.
  • With fabrication: Alternator cores supplied with a fabricated frame where a complete assembly is required.

06

EV Motors

Magcore EV motor stator and rotor core laminations
  • Electric vehicle motors: Stator and rotor laminations for two-wheeler, three-wheeler and compact four-wheeler drivetrains.
  • Thin gauge: Stamped from 0.2 mm to 0.65 mm electrical steel, the thinner grades reducing core losses at the higher frequencies EV motors run.
  • Slot accuracy: Servo-driven notching holds slot geometry across the run, governing cogging torque and audible noise.
  • Built for volume: High-speed progressive lines running 120 to 400 SPM, part of over 25 million laminations a month.

04

Rotor Assembly with Shaft Insertion

Magcore die-cast rotor assembled with its shaft
  • Complete assemblies: Die-cast rotors supplied with shafts inserted, ready for your line.
  • In-house handling: Supported by a 5 T stator core tilting machine and a 150 T pillar-type hydraulic press on a 1500 x 1500 mm table.
  • One part number: Instead of coordinating a rotor supplier and a machining shop separately.
  • Inspection: Dimensional conformance verified on a coordinate measuring machine before dispatch.
